Join for a hands-on livestock first aid class with local vet Dr. Gaven Kuykendall. You’ll walk through real-life scenarios, learn practical skills, and get more confident handling common emergencies before the vet arrives.
We’ll cover the basics like wound care, injections, triage decisions, and when it’s time to call for help, plus plenty of tips and tricks you can use on your operation.
Each attendee will also receive a starter first aid kit to take home, courtesy of RMFU’s AgWell Program.
Food is included, so come hungry, bring your questions, and spend the morning learning alongside other producers.
